I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is really a small town house, The ground-level had a small outdoor patio area The bedroom was upstairs. It was a large room with a king size bed. The bathroom was large, modern and well lit. The kitchen was small but functional The location was great. Easy walking access to the downtown areas and good restaurants. Booking, key pick up and communication with the owners was a breeze. What a good set up.

View was lovely and outdoor balcony gave great option for chilling with wine or meal. Secure parking gave extra peace of mind. Plenty of room, very well appointed and furnished, staff very helpful. Wonderful location, close to the Salamanca Place, Battery Point, the city and harbour. Would definitely go again. Superb quiet location so close to the city. Car parking easy to negotiate with good security. Good size rooms. Very comfortable bed and great washing machine. Kitchen facilities excellent. Nice to have king bed. Bathroom very good. The only things I didn't like much were the bed which was a bit too soft for me and the mustard color of the walls!. However by the end of my three-day stay I didn't see the color of the walls. Nothing bad to say. Cushions on the couch would be good. Would have liked electric blankets as the air conditioners are too noisy to be left on at night. Beds very soft and uncomfortable. They needed to be more firm. Kitchen lacked bench space. Couch and chair were just OK. The cooking smells from the previous tenant were still very obvious. Bedside lamp - globe? - never worked. Should display evacuation directions (if, present, were not very prominent - and should have a fire blanket in the kitchen. N. B. - the fire alarm in corridor was activated during our stay following another resident's 'cooking' incident: Fire Brigade attended!. Nothing. Shabby couch let down an otherwise well presented unit. Problem with air conditioner (flat battery in remote) but this was promptly fixed. No mirror in the bedroom. Dryer does not work. There were cobwebs hanging from the roof in the bedroom. The bedside lamps had naked bulbs with no shades - not a good look. The leather lounge suite was worn out - the leather was cracked and peeling making it uncomfortable to sit on. The washing machine didn't work which was very inconvenient as we had a pile of washing to do before our next destination. Unstaffed. They sent a code via email that I didn't get - fortunately I caught someone on the way in and was able to get my key but it could have been a disaster. Lounge suit with holes and very daggy, carpet on dangerous stairs needs attention. TV only free to air channels, sometimes! Most of the time the tv's didn't work. The balcony door had no lock and was kept closed with a dowel rod. Almost fell down the stairs as they are immediately next to the front door and when I went to step to the side to switch on the light I stepped into air! No Pay TV and Internet at a cost. For $169 per night we expected more.
