Can not speak highly enough about Surfers Beach Resort One. Upon arrival, my girlfriend and I commented on the cleanliness of the apartment. It contained everything you would need if you were planning on being out and about for most of the day. Although the building contained many other apartments, you would be forgiven thinking you had the place to yourself, that's how quiet it is. A 15 minute walk from some great places to eat and shop. Staff at Broadbeach were very helpful, courteous, friendly and informative. Malina helped me with my booking and I am grateful to her. The building maintenance person was from NZ and pointed out the best places to shop and always helpful. -

Re 5 would not reccomend surfers Paradise but loved Broadbeach. -
Location in a closed street with no through traffic. Very little noise in the early mornings, only the birds in the trees. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Liz, the manager was most helpful and friendly. Lock up garage with ample car space so that there was little risk of having the sides of your car bumped by another's doors.

The wonderful sea view. I specifically requested a full on sea view and that is exactly what I got. It was superb. Also we could watch the children playing at the local school and of course at the playground across the road, both were lovely. The location was good, close to great eateries and the beach, easy access to the theme parks.
The reception staff were really friendly. The apartments were well set out and very clean.
There was also a great BBQ kitchen close to the pool with all the utensils you needed.
It is a great place for kids as the pool is really kiddy friendly. Would definatley return!

Our grand daughter was fascinated by the rubbish shoot.
The freedom the apartments give with being fully furnished, all utensils, bedding provided and we just clean up at the end.
Well maintained apartments.
Other guests did not intrude.
