Staff were very friendly and obliging.
The room with balcony was very private and comfortable.The pool and BBQ facilities were lovely and clean and well maintained. Close to shops and food outlets. Will stay again.

Chris was very helpful with suggestions about places to visit in Coffs and in nearby towns. We also liked the large rooms, the microwave in the motel room, the availability of free DVDs, the BBQ, and the resident bird and rabbits. -

The reception was excellent, very friendly and helpful, explained the best places to have a meal, and the localities of same. My wife and I travelled to Coffs Harbour for Medical Specialist reasons, will have to return early in June so will stay at the Hawaiian Sands again if there is a vacancy -

Staff very helpful, comfortable bed, balcony... everything you need for a one-night escape from the son's 20th Birthday Party in Toormina!
We'll certainly keep the Sanctuary in mind if we ever want to escape again, but don't want to travel too far...lol -

The staff were fantastic, especially those at breakfast. I didn't catch the girls name who was there both mornings yet she was helpful, polite and accommodating. Not sure of her name unfortunately yet I intend ringing them and passing on the feedback once I am back home and passing it on. I would appreciate it if you did as well. -

I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. Having stayed here when it was Formule 1 i have to say the beds are so much more comfy. Also it was good that there was a bar fridge in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee in the breakfast area was also appreciated

Stayed here for only one night, but it just wasn't long enough. The room was large, very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Alisha and Peter the managers were great and very accommodating, we were booked in else where the next night for a wedding.
