Highlight of our long trip was to come and feel relaxed welcomed and taken care of. The kids loved the heater and comfy beds. With 15 mins notice before check-in we were impressed with everything from arrival to departure. Breakfast menu was hearty and perfect for the start of another long drive. Owners were friendly and had we had time for a chat about overseas trips before driving off. The rooms are older but they are the most comfortable we have stayed in than some 5 star places. We booked in for a twin room and we got upgraded, I think it was a great stay, the beds were extremly comfortable and the room was very clean and tidy, fridge was a good size aswell. It was close to everything and considering it is just off the pacfic highway there was no road noise what so ever. Russell and Margaret were so very helpful with anything we needed.
Cheerfulness and helpfulness of owners. Eager to make the person's stay as good as possible. Very knowledgeable about local area. The room was an economy room, which I had expected, but very quiet (almost no traffic noise), and the bed was comfortable. All in all, a good stay.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt welcome with the children. Loved the location, close enough to Coff's and the beach without being disturbed by city noises. Lovely parklands outside our window with lots of wildlife. Great place for the children.
Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about facilities and attractions in the local area. Great location on the main road that was easy to find yet set far back in a peaceful and natural environment.
We enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable and clean in a good location not far from the city. Margaret was very helpful and recommended places to visit as well as to eat.

This motel was very comfortable.A short drive from Coffs Harbour and Russell and his wife were most welcoming.I was a bit worried about traffic noise but it was minimal.
