Continental breakfast basket - great concept and very convenient. We were able to have breakfast at our leisure.
Parking right outside our unit door.
More than adequate kitchen utensils etc for our needs.
Had a problem with the t .v . channel selection and the staff went to a lot of trouble to get it working correctly.
We were so grateful for their effort , thank you.
Even though it's only by the name of motel, it has all the facilities that we need in the kitchen. Fully recommended for those who travel in a family. wszystkie opinie »
Good size rooms bedroom,/kitchen/living and bathroom with private outdoor terrace and BBQ.
Friendly helpful staff, particularly the General Manager.
Comfortable unit set towards rear of many. Most mod cons provided. Not many food outlets for eating out at night.
The unit was very well set out very clean and tidy loved the private court yard and the staff were very friendly.
Staff were lovely, rooms were huge and well appointed. Hotel is in great location too.
The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff was very helpful and were available to help and fix the problems.

it was close drive to the Cape Leeuwin lighthouse.
The staff were very helpful and accomodating.

Good, clean accommodation at a great price.
The spacious room and kitchen facilities.
Very quite room with great amenities.
size and comfort of room.
The spacious room.
Room comfortable.
A family of Splendid blue wrens visited the courtyard. Beautiful and unforgetable.
Large old fashioned room. Quiet. Close to the few cafes/ shops.
Comfortable and given the time of year it was very quiet.
The room was spacious; courtyard is a bonus.
It was a spacious room.
Clean and spacious.
large clean room.
Friendly advise.
Gardens quite good.
Quiet.
Location OK
Parking in front of unit.
Clean well laid out room.
It was a lovely room.
Friendly staff.
There wasn't anything that we did not like. Our one night stay was most comfortable.
There's nothing that I didn't like.
Parking spaces too small.
Rather concerned: No smoke detector installed.
Being so close to the main road - trucks and loud voices interrupted a good night's sleep. The beds were uncomfortable to sleep on - too hard?.
The heating needed to be updated. Felt the oil heater was inefficient. Also the electric blanket was inaccessible to turn on under the bedside table and there wasn't one on the single bed. The units needed to be checked as one of the lamps was broken and salt shaker was empty.
No Air conditioning
This did not affect us deuring the winter but we know it can get warm in the summer mouthfor my wife taught at Forest Grove many many years ago.
Nothing disliked.
nothing.
Wifi was not available.
breakfast.
I booked the disabled suite and didn't get it. This makes it very hard for my partner John who has only 1 leg. Also for me to carry all bags, etc.
Overpriced - building was nice, fittings were tired. Could hear every other person in the area as if they were next to us. Doesn't come close to the Albany Holiday Units which were $30/night cheaper.
The courtyard overgrown and with plenty of insects, sliding door & screen needed a clean.
Room not cleaned in 3 days. No milk or toiletries offered except soap. Dark room.
The breakfast arrangements were a bit disappointing in that you had to collect your own meagre rations from reception the night before. There was no room service or option for a cooked breakfast. Also, as it was self contained, there was no kitchen tongs provided.
flyscreens & outside window sills need a good clean.
Bed was uncomfortable.
Room Heater did not work and the T V system did not operate.
bloody great fan mounted on wall, electric fan heater sitting on floor great for little kids especially in a family room, where a reverse cycle air conditioner would do both heating and cooling and no safety problems.
On arrival they had ignored our letsbookhotel.com booking, or had rented it
out to someone else because we arrived "late" (at 7 pm!).
Double income! They did find a room by shifting someone to a nearby pub,
but still had to sleep on a fold-out sofa bed. Parking spot incredibly
tight - anything bigger than a hatchback will not fit. Rear rooms and
their parking area populated by unsavoury characters - venture there at
you own risk.
Parking skinny.
WI FI did not work.
Dated rooms.
Shabby bathroom.
Bathroom curtains !
Poor quality furniture.
Ugly courtyard for bbq.
Sub-standard tvs.
The fellow who checked us in; we felt like he couldn't get rid of us fast enough, we were interrupting him.
Three guests only 2 towels.
The bed sheets sounded like they were made of paper. They rustled all night long. Damn annoying. CRT TVs went out the window yonks ago, flat screens have been available for some time and would be expected. Difficulty operating set top box TV channels, poor reception. Parking bays extremely narrow.
Paid $175 for a family room, expecting 2 double beds and was given a
room with 1 double and a single bed, which was advertised at $135. when
we questioned this, we were told that there was no rooms with 2 double
debs, and the family rooms had 2 singles and a double. We were not
refunded any money and I consider that we were rioped off. I will not
stay there again.
The Best Western sign had been covered up. If we had know it was not a Best Western we would not have stayed there as the place was quite rundown.
