  The staff is extremely kind and supportive. The rooms are very comfortable, nicely furnished and clean. The location is also fantastic as Quest is very close to the main malls, restaurant, museums, etc in town. Very good value for money. - All the recepcionists were very kind and helpfull, the room was nice and clean.   I likted that the rooms were easy to get to, the food was excellent, the mountains in the morning were cool to look at, I would have loved to enjoy the pool as the view was spectacular. The staff were helpful and friendly. The laundry was great but to accommodate so many visitors another washer and dryer would be helpful. Booked a family room, room was clean, the place is pretty quiet (good to sleep without noises), the location is right in front of the casino (if you after something in this quiet city).

  We've stayed there a few times - some for work and some personal. We have enjoyed the facilities/wining and dining and always found staff more than helpful. We have spent time in the pool which is welcoming and clean. LOVE the new block and especially the art in the new block. It was handy having the restaurant withing walking distance after travelling by car for most of the day and the variety of food was excellent. My husband recommends the Vindaloo. He loved it.

  The location is superb, particularly given that I was told not to walk even a block after 6pm on my own. Everything is within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large.
