The apartment was large and quite a bit luxurious, the bed was large and comfortable, as was the bathroom. Wifi was good. Location in Recoleta, at a stone's throw from the cemetery and one block from Av. Santa Fe, was excellent. Price was good for the apartment offered. Nice view on a pretty enclosure.
Quite useful and large apartment. It was also comfortable with its sitting room.

Location, size and apartment comfort. Friendly employees. Good wifi.
Location. Bed was large and comfortable. All the facilities were there, supermarket & bakery almost next door. Wifi was fast.
Design looked a bit antique and antediluvian, and the apartment may need a bit of redesign. There was almost no hot water in the kitchen tap, making dishwashing a rather strenuous job. The elevator made quite a bit of noise, as well as our neighbors (luckily there was only one).
Rooms could be cleaner.
Elevator is very noisy. Quite disturbing in the early morning. We overlooked that payment was in cash only, which was a bit of a hassle.
