I have stayed at this hotel many times when using Sky Harbor Airport and have always had a pleasant experience. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfy. -
Quiet and clean. The guy who checked us in was really friendly and helpful. I will book again here.

Great location for Cactus League Spring Training baseball; very close to several of the east side stadiums. Awesome breakfast buffet: wide variety of food and well-stocked until the very end. Very clean and quiet rooms. Superior, friendly staff. Easy access to freeways. We stayed for four nights, and felt very comfortable there. -

Staff was great and friendly even under pressure of guests waiting to check in. Parking was very convenient. Hotel public places were very clean and so was the room. WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was super good.

The room was very clean, although the products used to make the room smell fresh was a little strong. The pool are was nice. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the many pillows. They, too, were comfortable. The shower was powerful and stayed warm. -

For the cost and what we needed which was basically a place to sleep it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and accommodated what few needs we had with a friendly attitude. -

The staff and facilities were outstanding. Room was squeaky clean. We use this hotel every time we fly to places out of town. The shuttle service is A-one. Continental breakfast is amazing. -

I had a great experience here on a week long stay for work. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport is there within 10 minutes of you calling and as long as they aren't inundated with the airport pick ups, they will drop you off in downtown Tempe. The staff was wonderful, they were so very helpful especially the shuttle drivers who recommended several restaurants, took us to the downtown area of Tempe and then picked us up almost immediately upon calling the hotel. Fantastic!
