  When I arrive late on Monday night, The lady at the reception find out that the hotel did not have the booking made for me. However, she insisted that she will book a room for me whatever the situation. Thanks also that I have a copy of the letsbookhotel.com reservation, it make it easier for her. Because it was late, and I was looking for a bi... hva folk sier » te, she even offer me an apple that I warmly appreciate it. All other staff ( such as the lady at the reception at departure, the waitress in the din - It is by far the best value in the area we come to visit our daughter who goes to brown university the convience of the outdoor parking ( all the downtown hotels are much more expensive and you have to valet park which is a big hassle) we started staying there whe it was the johnson and wales Inn the breakfast was incredible at that time that was the only disappointment when it changed hands to the hilltop inn was that the breakfast was more generic although perfectly fine

  The receptionist upon check in was delightful. Cookies fresh baked at six, coffee and tea available in the lobby always. Room was clean and comfortable, good channel selection. - simple, friendly, clear, comfortable, just fitting and not too much things. simple breakfast service is very good.
