The interior is spectacular. It has 8 floors of suites in a square configuration looking onto the first floor bar and sitting area which has large planters and sparkling lights. The elevator is glass and looks onto the same "courtyard." The rooms are suites and the beds were very comfortable.
We chose this hotel b/c it is attached to a casino and it was nice(but very smoky). The view from our window was also very nice looking out over the water. alle vurderinger »
Every staff member encountered was extremely friendly. My wife was
escorted back to our room by security after winning $1,500 on the slots.
The bedding, mattress, pillows and bedding was the best we have
encountered in any hotel we have stayed in. The suite setup with
bedroom, living room, frig etc. was great.
This place was beautiful!!! We were greeted by friendly staff when we walked in. Checking in was easy. We stayed on the 5th floor, directly across from the elevator, with NO noise! The decor was beautiful. The BED....lets just say...I didn't want to get out of it! I would stay here again!!!.
Friendly People, great service, clean and nice room. Loved our stay. Easy walk to the Convention Center.
Location was great for this weekend trip. Staff was helpful when needed.
Bed was very comfortable.
The room was nice and comfy perfect to finish our night after seeing Justin Timberlake concert!!.
Close to gambling, spaghetti factory, and sundecker. also close to scottcenter.
Casino's and the arch are just a walk away.
The location, size of suite and lounge.
The whole experience was excellent.
Suite was very nice.
The sitting area was huge & very pretty. We had a corner room that
was very comfortable and meet our needs nicely. It was a close to the
Arch, and City Museum. The staff allowed us to check in early.
The location and price was right for us as we were there to take in a Cardinals game. The casino is decent too, although I'll never get used to the smoking allowed there.
The location was great. The staff was friendly.
size of room and location.
location.
location.
Casino hotel, on Mississippi River, couple of blocks from entertainment hub which unfortunately has dubious security concerns.
Location is good if you are going to the casino or downtown locations.
Quiet.
The big screen TVs were analog rather than digital so they were fuzzy. We couldn't get the refrigerator open and there was no microwave and no free breakfast (even continental!). The coffeemaker was broken. No WiFi.
Some public areas are a little tired and worn, could use updating.
Since I can't leave this section without typing anything....The only thing I didn't like was the soap. It stinks but who cares, bring your own.
Nothing.
Bathroom is very small and dark. No clothes/robe hook. Average
shower. I expected more of a luxury feel. No outlets by the bed for
phone charger. Some carpet stains.
Nothing.
Had to pay for parking which should be free when you stay at their hotel.
I liked everything.
Staff not very friendly. no on site eateries, although they are very close via a connected skywalk.
Had to pay for parking.
Room was clean but halls were dirty.poor lighting in rooms.
Lots of construction in area. Noise not an issue but road and lane closures are.
Smoke free rooms smelled smoky. When we asked if it was a non smoking
room, we were told that the 3rd floor was the smoking floor, & the
casino cause a cigarette smell in our room. We were on the 4th floor.
When we asked for 3 extra towels (& we called early in the
afternoon, 3ish) we had 1 bath towel, & 2 hand towels delivered. We
had read on previous review that it was hard to get towels, so that is
what prompted us to call early.
The rooms are a bit dated, but were clean. The AC worked, but not very well and we had a sweaty night in the room. If it were mid-summer it would have been quite uncomfortable. The mini fridge was also out of order. We let the front desk know of the issues at checkout but no discount was offered.
The amenities were not great.
A coffee pot that actually made a cup of coffee would have been good. The machine was useless, also a coffee cup in the room had a bug in it. We would not buy any food in the hotel to consume. A shower cap would have been appreciated in the very small bathroom.
no food in hotel- casino breakfast was 25 dollars a piece- group of 4 was $115 for breakfast.
Seemed really dirty, I was grossed out just by using the phone.
overpriced for quality, wasted room space on "living room" area and needed bigger bathroom.
Absolutely filthy establishment. Carpets are very soiled and stains have been there a long time. Rooms are large but need updating.
The hotel is starting to look run down. Have stayed there several times, so have info to compare.
Poor standard of food throughout.
