  They were very accommodating to let us check in hours before 4pm, which was a plus considering we drove 10 hours with a toddler. Shawn or as he prefers to be called Whatawhata was wonderful. He was the friendliest staff we met there from the first day til the day we left. I requested for a room that had a view of the falls and without hesitations,... hva folk sier » they were able to give us a room on the 22nd floor and had a gorgeous view of the falls, the town and of Canada! It makes it better because of how th - I loved the design of the rooms, the casino was amazing and very well put together, even with the renovation going on It didnt change a thing. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and took very good care of my friends and I. There was a slight mix up of rooms but they had it settled and changed our rooms in no time and everything went smoothly. I will defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in New York!

  The room was lovely and had such a welcoming, warm, homely and cosy atmosphere when I first walked in, with soft lighting and classical music drifting through it. - Beds were very comfortable. Room was well lit and quiet. Ample seating.

  Great spa, great setting, very, very nice and helpful staff. Very good food except for the Gurney burger--dry and tasteless. Nice rooms, great views, comfortable beds. Very clean and comfortable baths. It was a wonderful place to escape and relax. - Everyone who worked there was friendly and professional.We had a 2 bedroom suite right on beach.W... hva folk sier » e had a problem with guests overhead. Front desk immediately offered us to move to another suite no problem. Great customer service.

  This place was amazing. Going to sleep after the best Sunset, waking up to relax alone on the bluff and deer grazing steps away. Just an overall great experience, with amazing food at the on site restaurant and a courteous staff with clean facilities. I took advantage of on site spa and pool.
