The staff was helpful and professional. The hotel was either newly built
or newly remodeled. The rooms and public areas were modern, clean and
had some "city style". The location was convenient to public
transportation (subway, train). The location was close to the person
were we were visiting. -

This place was amazing. Going to sleep after the best Sunset, waking up to relax alone on the bluff and deer grazing steps away. Just an overall great experience, with amazing food at the on site restaurant and a courteous staff with clean facilities. I took advantage of on site spa and pool. Amazing! -

The rooms were very large for NYC with a nice view of the Empire State Bldg. What I liked the most was how clean and modern the hotel was. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. The rooftop deck provided nice views of the city as well. Breakfast was also a nice feature. Eggs, sausage, fruit, etc. Great value for the money. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean. The Clarence Inn is close for shopping, restaurants, sporting and concert events. Actually it is not far from Niagara Falls either! Will definitely be back. -

Clean comfortable rooms access to microwave which was very handy to warm up baby food.

How close the Inn was to the Rapids and how we were able to walk around
the usa side of the Falls and the Park. Everyone we met were helpful and
friendly. The Coventry room was beautiful and so comfortably. Thanks to
the Inn for upgrading us with no problem. Making reservations on the
internet does not always show exactly what you are looking for. The
Staff, especially Jeffrey who greeted us upon arrival was friendly and
so helpful. He helped us with our luggage and showed us around our room.

Historic, gorgeous Inn with tons of character, both inside and out. Decorated in unique Adirondack style. Awesome whirlpool and indoor pool on the ground floor. Spa is renowned. Breakfast buffet in The View restaurant was delicious. Room was plenty big for three women and tastefully decorated. Hotel is perfectly located right on the lake and a close walk to everything in town.
