The location of this hotel can't be beat. It's a 2-minute walk
to the subway station and there are two delis within a minute for simple
needs and food. You can be in Times Square in less than 30 minutes and
from there, all over the city. The cost was very affordable. We saved
over $100/night compared to Midtown Manhattan by parking on the

The staff at this hotel are exceptional; very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room we had was on the 8th floor with a kitchenette; amazing 180 degree views of Manhattan. Good continental breakfast. Free wifi good except on upper floors, so we used the lobby; the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Location brilliant; only two stops to Manhattan, shops, restaurants all walking distance. Fantastic value for money, but book ahead.

It was well worth the money. Rooms were very clean and had all the

We loved everything about this hotel. There was always a doorman to open
the door, and friendly staff at the desk to welcome us every time we
returned to the hotel. The elevators were fast. The room was very
comfortable, with high-quality furnishings. Loved the Keurig
coffeemaker, and the tv in the bathroom. Enjoyed the free breakfasts,
and there was always a New York Times available to read with our coffee.

My room was in the Victorian Row house which was a few blocks up from the main location. I liked how insanely comfy the beds were. After a long flight and arriving late, its all you want and more than exceeded my expectations. Also liked that there was a kitchen that I could use so I could have a cup of tea when I got in from traipsing the streets all day. I was impressed by the comfort of the mattress, the decent size of the toilet (as opposed to those built to fit only children and midgets), and the nice size and fullness of the washcloths (as opposed to the tiny thin rags some motels offer). I would definitely take this motel again! -
