staff was very friendly and helpful.
instead of letting me take a map from tourist display the desk clerk gave me a better on and circled hotel.
this became my tour guied and without his help my trip would not have been so good.
the staff in general was very polite and helpful, room as ok, but only spelt there so very satisfied. -

The staff was Extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to
everything we wanted to visit. The food in the restaurant/brewery
downstairs was delicious. The morning breakfast buffet was tasty and
convenient. I would stay again in the future and highly recommend the
hotel to anyone traveling to dc to tour the city. The kids enjoyed the

Good location, easy to get food, transportation, walking distance to all major museum and tourist spot. 5minutes walk to Chinatown. Spy Museum is just next door. feel free to vist the bar and restaurant on hotel ground floor, their beer and food are superb! Trust me, you won't regret.

The area is not bad at all! There is construction, but you can tell it
is an up & coming area! If you use 200 Florida ave ne you will get
to the hotel no problem. As far as "sketchy" people in the
area I will say this, there is a mix of people in the area & there

It's about 3 blocks away from the Metro which made it very easy getting to all tourist attractions. It was great to have a kitchen with us. I didn't find a supermarket close by, by CVS next door had many choices for us to make sandwiches to bring with us to our tours.

Everything, the staff were always pleasant everywhere, check in, valet parking, breakfast attendants and room cleaning, always lovely.The location was perfect too. We had a room with a kitchenette and this was a nice roomy area to spread out in. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to get back to DC!

The location was perfect. There was a subway station nearby and also taxis and buses readily available, so getting around was easy.
I happened to visit during the unfortunate government shutdown, so there was a lot that I wanted to see but couldn't. The staff was very friendly and quick to offer suggestions on what to do and see, and what was open. The housekeeping staff were amazing, cleaning my room promptly each day.

Top stay for us in DC. Have been a number of times due to college student visits. This is the best hotel yet- in town for college graduation and all the hotel prices were very high. HGI was the best rate BUT also had great service and quiet room. Ideal location within a block of the red line metro- very easy to get around. Highly recommend! -

This hotel was very convenient because it is next door to the Metro (Farragut West). It is also close enough to the National Mall to walk to the Museums.
