  The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly/professional. They made me feel welcomed the minute I stepped my foot in the hotel. We were there to visit Salem and it was a very short drive to Salem. The free breakfast was actually very nicely done. I get nervous about free breakfasts at times but this one was legit ... hva folk sier » and delicious! I plan on visiting Salem again next year and will definitely book with Springhill Suites again! - Staff was great...we left our Iphone & they immediately contacted us & shipped it back (at our cost of course). They were very accomodating & the breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Coffee avail 24/7. Great pool & fitness center. Rooms were clean & very comfortable.

Situated not far from Boston Mariott Peabody is an excellent opportunity to save money not losing all amenities around. - The staff were most accommodating, even when I was told there was no reservation in my name through Kayak, they were able to find me a room.

  It was a short one night stay, Everything was fine and we were centrally located to "north of Boston". We were in Boston for a family wedding then hung around a few more days.
