  The front desk people and the staff in general, including the room service people were friendly and accommodating. The room was well worth the money and the location made it easily accessible to I-4 to Daytona Beach or Orlando. The hotel is situated within walking distance of eating places and Walgreen Pharmacy.   Our room was clean, quiet, and roomy. The balcony was a nice bonus and the pool area with a water slide was great fun for the kids, the neighborhood is much nicer than most and the location to the parks is perfect.   The beds were extremely comfortable...the continental breakfasts were nice...the pool and hot tub were fun...and the location was extremely convenient to Wet-N-Wild and other Orlando attractions. - Rooms were clean.   We were very impressed with the suite we occupied. It was nicely furnished and supplied with tableware, cooking utinsels, etc. It was close to Disney World and the espn Sports Center where we had a granddaughter playing. Will probably stay again next year. - We liked the full suite features... Like a well furnished condo. Everything you'd need for a comfortable extended stay: kitchen, washer/dryer, good wifi, etc., and outfitted nicely, not too cheaply - for example, granite counters and decent furniture and decor. Although we only stayed for one night because the price was right, we'd definitely come back and bring family for a longer stay.

  The service was personalized and staff really went out of their way to help us as we had to return a rental car and used the airport shuttle to do that. The check in person really heard me when I said that one bed would not work for us and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra charge. She did not have to do this. The - The over-all accommodations! We (this same group) had stayed in the Savannah location two years ago and were very impressed with it. The idea of the evening social was a unique feature and certainly a plus for guest retention.
