The A/C worked fine, the beds were comfortable, good housekeeping, a variety of channels to watch on TV (even though I could not find the A/V selection) and the cooler worked and kept the drinks very cold. -

The pool!! Warm and so crystal clear! Also, everyone veryhelpful...example..the phone wasn't connected in my room but in minutesand 1 call to the desk it was working! Also ask about my tv and a personcame to my door in an hour. Very pleased. - Staff was very quick to take care of any problems

I booked the hotel on-line expecting it to be a "value" room. Much to my surprise the room was about 2 steps up from value. For the price I was very pleased with the decor, comfort, size and location. Very economical. Good facilities in room for the price, flat screen tv with HBO, coffee maker, iron, not a bad continental breakfast, a clean pool. Very easy drive into city. -

The hotel is quite close to the airport thus it is a good choice for a
"transit hotel". When you arrive at the Orlando Airport you
need to Terminal b to the Transportation Floor and find the free phone
kiosk and let the Hotel staff know that you arrived and need the shuttle
bus to be sent for you. It usually takes them 30-45 minutes to get you

We just needed a clean, safe place to spend a night between flights, and this fit the bill. The Chinese resturant the recommended modified a dish to accommodate my dietary restrictions and delivered 2 piping hot meal for us. The refrigerator and microwave in the room allowed us to eat the leftovers for breakfast. My Mom liked the waffle she had at the complementary continental breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport was qick and efficient.

After reading some of the comments, I wasn't sure what to expect. My son was on a business trip and I tagged along. Immediately we were greeted by Jose, with a warm smile who set us up with our room. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. Checked the beds and the bath room for any bugs. None. It was very clean!

I liked the fact. That it was very close to ucf we were there for our
sons graduación, Also very close to the beach at coloca beach. Everyone
at the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ok it
could have more added to it. But it was filling. -

The room is spacious, equipped with microwave and fridge. Staff is very helpfull. Internet connection is fast. Walking distance to restaurant and supermarket. Have pick-up services to Universal Studios (but only once a day), it will give more value to customers if they can provide more often shuttle, not only to Universal but maybe to Premium Outl

The staff was really friendly, the breakfast had a lot of variety, with
fruits, waffle makers and different types of breads. The location is
great, very close to the Universal parks and pretty close to everything
else. We didn't take longer than 20 mins (with traffic) to go
anywhere we wanted. Great stay for family who wants to enjoy the parks.
