The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to upgrade our room for a small fee. We checked in extremely early and though the room wasn't ready she drove us back to our car 3 miles away so we could park in their lot. So very helpful as we had a very tired 4 year old in tow. The apartment was great. Clean, and tidy with no odor. The shower had perfect water pressure and temp. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toilet paper. Our daughter loved the bunk bed. alle vurderinger » We loved the location and the fact that it was 2 separate rooms. We didn't need to ask for anything we had everything we needed. Last year we stayed at another place through letsbookhotel.com and it wasn't a good experience now this year it was a lot better even better than we expected. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They even took us to our building personally and showed us around. Very nice and very unexpected. Even my son was very happy about the place cause when he was ready for. I searched and read reviews online for more than 2 hours before I choose this location. It's more than I expected. If you travel with family, friends and relatives and want to have good times, this is the place. I booked 4 days ahead and luckily I got one space left. I thought it would be nice if the room is overlooking at the beach but I was too busy chatting with friends and took a trip to boardwalk, I can omit that to get I want: full equipped kitchen, big fridge, comfy beds, walking dist. Angelo the owner is a wonderful guy, very helpful and extremely pleasant The view from the front room and deck in the oceanfront room is spectacular Right on the boardwalk, traditional old beach style with pizza, cannoliice cream, bike rental and full serve restaurants etc right below All floors are tiled, very smart at the beach! The apartment was very large and roomy. It was very convenient to the boardwalk. The couple who managed the units were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. It is a very good place quiet and comfortable the owners are very nice peoples and have a good attention with us we enjoyed too much all week thank you so much. They advertised ocean view with a deck over looking the water - we got a small apartment a block away from the board walk, with no ocean front exposure. The kitchen could have a few more things for cooking. For example oven mitts. The view between ocean n oceanside is to different looks and the one tv. The steps going up to the appartment were a real hastle carrying everything up and everytime you went out you had those steps to look forward to the place really needs a elevator !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Could have been cleaner. Everything was perfect, no complaints. Unit was out dated. could have been a little cleaner. Had to bring your own linens and toilet paper. No toilet paper. I knew linens were not provided but not toilet paper. parking. the bed was to small the bedroom was to small, and there was no TV in the bedroom. my husband and I had to sleep out on the sofa bed which was not comthable. Management not in office at check in time. Was told they were busy cleaning the facilities, my apartment was not cleaned in a long time. Holes in screens, broken appliances , shower only scolding hot or freezing cold water. He even complained that they have to pay letsbookhotel.com a commission. And they would like cash money order or cashiers check for payment so they dont have to pay merchant fee to visa. If you want to use credit card they will charge you the fee. Everything else. I was very disappointed with the up keep of that property, for the amount I paid. You charge your customers too much of a service fee also. A very dissatisfied customer.
