Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms.
The hotel itself is in a great location close to most of the tourist sites. Would definitely recommend.

Every thing was perfect , I have liked the staff attitude and kindness, they were very helpful and appreciative of the fact that we were Muslims and don' t eat ham so they served my family the required food during breakfast without pork( which they coud have apologized for not providing) also my wife lost her credit card and they helped us contact

I went to nyc for a weekend just to visit art museums, I chose Hampton
Inn as it is walking distance to MoMa. Thanks to Sandra's advice,
clear instructions and map, I easily found my way to 5 other museums.
Sandra also gave me a tooth brush and sewing ket (I lost a button and
forgot my toothbrush). Loved the big bowl of apples at the front desk,
and although coffee in rooms I loved the 24 hour coffee station (as
traveling solo so it was nice place to have a chat with others), loved

The best hotel experience I have ever had. Marvellous staff, good breakfast, always something to eat and drink in Rick´s Cafe. Quiet rooms, luxury bathrooms, cleaning every day, very polite staff, the best situated hotel in town right in the middle of everything. I felt the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, king-sized bed very comfortable, a small desk with internet/wifi, TV, closet for clothes, and nice bathroom. The brunch was very good - good food with a lot of different offerings. However, go early as can get crowded late morning. Excellent choice - I would definitely go back again.

We found the hotel friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet. Just one subway to and from midtown. There was lots to eat at breakfast and we always got a table. We faced south and had a good view of the downtown skyscrapers and the Manhattan Bridge. The room was small, but adequate for our needs.
