Convenience to Bourbon St. yes. It was very close to bourbon street. I had to comfort of a small balcony to sit on. Staff was friendly and charater of the Hotel structure was interesteing.Charming hotel. Well located. Towels, bed etc quite nice Clean nice staff..I really liked the hotel overall. Location. Very central. The convenient location to Bourbon St. The location of the hotel, i.e. in the French quarter and the lively area at night. It is a very good location in cetral-french-quarter. Very clean. Helpful staff. They did not offer any smoking rooms. Rats in the pool area. 1. It was too close to Bourbon street so the room was noisy until 3AM-ought to be better soundproofed. Also, there was a $7+$5 "facilities tax" which included continental breakfast and internet and paper. Fair price but I was a bit surprised. Overpriced parking $33.00 a day. Asked for a remote control for the TV for 3 days and still did not receive one. The hotel is a little bit old, having small electricity and sanitary problems. The elevator had smell in it, but I think it was due to the wood it was made of.Air condition doesn't work properly (it was too hot in room). No soapfpr shower. Telkefon doesn't work. Wake up service forgot to awake.
