Please note: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking. If cancelled or modified, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. Reception closes at 00:00. If you are arriving after hours, please notify the property in advance. At check-in, all guests must present a valid passport and proof of on-going travel. The maximum length of stay in the dormitories is 7 days. During Mardi Gras season, the hostel implements a 30-day cancellation policy. All reservations must be prepaid 30 days in advance and no changes/cancellations 30 days prior to arrival. For guests staying during Essence Festival, 2-5 July, the property has a 30-day cancellation policy and must prepay 30 days prior to the arrival date. An additional agreement must be signed that will be emailed to you immediately after booking. Once booked and once the deposit has been paid, a contract will be sent out within 7 days. Once signed, the reservation will be paid in full with absolutely no refunds. Guests must present either a non-US passport or valid student ID in order to check into the mixed dormitory. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
