Standard hotel but rather recent and in good state. Not "worn out" like some other hotels of same chain.
Very entertaining breakfast (surprise...) -
It was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good had hot waffle
juice and coffee they had a good variety to choose from.

I loved the staff they were very friendly and courteous.
They were helpful in all the questions that I asked and answered them in a knowable way.

Went to Memphis for the music/history but got to see a lot more during a one-week stay. Staff at the Doubletree were more than helpful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The friendly staff all around. The perfect downtown location.
The Valet service was great, especially the valet staff. In particular, I wish to commend the valet attendant named Sam. He was more then fantastic and helpful.

Cost, location, secure parking. The night manager (I assume he was ower)
was very friendly and offered to help out with the problems with the
room. Cannot answer number 2 questions so the facilities were nice, the
room and hotel were clean and comfortable, the location was ok, and the
value for the money would have been fantastic if not for the problems.

Really great and helpful staff, friendly service.
The free hotel shuttle is very convenient, especially when we were there for the Memphis in May and it was quite busy with not many free cabs.
The staff are great and go out of their way to assist guests. They truly make the hotel a wonderful place to stay because of their excellent service. -

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the hotel and location were nothing like the bad reviews we saw.The staff were polite and helpful and the hotel facilities were good value for money. Downtown was only a 5 minute drive and parking was free on riverside drive which was only a 5 minute walk from beale street. -

The whole of Days Inn was excellent. Staff coulnd't do enough for
you, especially the lovely Tracy. They even had a shuttle service for
the airport. The whole place was immaculate, they were constantly
keeping it clean. The staff were just so friendly. The rooms where

Location is great if you are visiting Graceland, but it is on a very busy street. Luckily we had a room in the back. The room was nicely decorated, so is the lobby. it brings you right in the Elvis athmosphere. Although older, especially the plumbing, the room was clean.Breakfast was OK, not great. We stayed 2 nights to visit Graceland,so that was OK, wouldn't wanna stay a whole week or so.If you just plan to visit Graceland it's perfect for a couple of nights.
