  We love the friendly atmosphere and the references to early Hollywood films and actors! The staff were all friendly and very responsive to our needs and requests. When we needed anything, such as a bathmat or the sink unclogged, they were there immediately! The Decoy bar and Tula's restaurant had pleasant atmospheres and good selections. - The staff was excellent. Everyone was professional and very nice. The restaraunt, the front desk, the shuttle driver, the people in the gift shop. Give everyone a raise. I hope I get a chance to come back. I think the person that stood out was Sonia in the restaraunt. I wrote some negative comments since you asked but I would stay there again in a minute.

  The whole design from reception stunning, the staff in reception were amazing. The lifts/hallways stunning. The rooms/bathrooms stunning. Fabulous hotel would stay he - Room was clean. Check in/out was quick. Location is excellent and safe, close to great restaurants like Bouchon and Spago, easily accessible (with a car) to places like Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa Monica, it just took us about 20 minutes to Downtown. There are also convenience stores and a couple of public parkings within walking distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was very quick and easy to rent a car through the hotel.

  We absolutely loved the Beverly Laurel. We flew in for the Grammy awardsand were so happy that we found a very reasonably priced room in anexcellent, excellent location. The staff (management, cleaning, etc.)were very kind and accommodating. Clean rooms with plenty of towels, amicrowave, and small fridge were among our rooms amenities.
