  We loved Maria, the manager at Isola! She was very friendly and helpful. Rachael and Joey, our concierges were awesome! We stopped by their desk daily! They made wonderful suggestions and followed up with reservation for us. They could not have been more helpful or friendly! This hotel rocked my world. The room was always clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious and creative. Loved the energy, location and vibe of this hotel.

  For the money we paid it was really good. New york hotels are expensive! For this price u cant expect that much. It was just a simple room with a bed, a sink and a tv but thats all you need for a couple of days. We stayed there for just one night. The staff was friendly so all in all it was a nice stay there. Though the bathroom could have been more cleaner but hey its a shared bathroom so - Great location in the middle of bustling Chinatown, with 3 subway stations within a 5 minute walk, and considerably cheaper than most Manhattan hotels. After all, in 'the City that Never Sleeps' you don't want to spend too much time in your hotel room!

  Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and we did not feel out of place with our 4 boys aged 11-20. It was expensive, but then everything in New York is expensive! How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

I was expecting a nice, clean, modern budget freindly hotel. the rate was only 179 per night which is cheap by nyc standards no matter what part of the city you're in.   Ernesto at the front desk was great! We had to leave for Canada after a one night stay and he helpfully offered to safekeep our luggages for 3 days as we were returning to the hotel for another stay. When he noticed that room for the first night was too small for our family of 3, he moved us to a bigger room with twin beds! Awesome service and a ... hva folk sier » seriously convenient location. The subway is right in front and Chinatown on the right with lots of eateries and shopping. A fantastic hotel we woul - The hotel is in a central part of Manhattan, close to Tribeca and Chinatown and next to a subway station. So it was easy to explore the city from the hotel. Staff was very helpful. When the smoke detector in a neighbour's room started beeping as the battery had run out (can happen) they were quick to replace it, so there was no more a loud noise coming from it. Free WiFi!
