  I was attending a conference at NYU. The hotel is right at the heart of NYU and so was a convenient location for me. The beautiful Washington Square Park is just steps away from the hotel. I like that the hotel is situated in a safer and quieter part of the city, yet within easy reach of the attractions in the city. They were knowledgeable and prompt in responding to requests, as well as generous with recommendations for places - My sister and I traveled to NYC for an event at NYU. I loved the location being at Washington Square. We walked to dinner each night at small ethnic restaurants. The free breakfast was a great addition- coffee was very good. Loved the look and style of the hotel. Staff was amazing and VERY accommodating. After traveling to NYC for years and staying in Midtown - this was so much more fun and the room was the quietest I have ever had and the bed was comfortable. Cant wait to go back to the villag

  Outside construction noise worried me upon arrival, but we were given a room that faced the back courtyard and overall our stay was very quiet. The room itself was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. While smaller than usual hotel rooms, it provided us with enough space for a short weekend stay. The location is awesome, and not too busy. My room albeit so small, is comfy and clean, perfect for a solo female traveler. They even gave me free coffee and cookies on my last night. My check out was super smooth and quick. Will stay here again when i go to NY

  The location is excellent - right near the subway station, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds are comfortable (as in all Courtyard hotels), the room was clean, the hotel has guest laundry facility (this is important to me), the lobby is very pleasent - I would without hesitation recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City... hva folk sier » . Plenty to do right around the hote - I received a very warm and friendly welcome from Ana in the Chelsea Pines Inn, and all the staff there were charming and lovely throughout my short stay. The location of this Inn is excellent - a few steps away from an underground station, Chelsea Market and the High Line. Small touches like complimentary water and printing facilities makes Chelsea Pines Inn compare favourably to more upscale places I stayed in ny (where they were charging $8 for a small bottle of water!).

  From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was just perfect. We drove to nyc and we were pleasantly greeted immediately. The staff was warm and welcoming. The location is great because the subway is just a block north of the hotel and it is in the heart of a revitalized district of of New York.   Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequent visitor card. I thought the free water bottles in the room were an excellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great. In my upcoming travel to nyc and other cities, I will now always try to stay at a Four Points Shertaon. - The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in. The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. Shame it wasn't the weather to use the pool :-( The rooms were immaculate a... hva folk sier » nd cleaned and tidyed everyday which a turn down service which was nice after a busy day. When it came to leaving as we wasn't able to get back to ou - Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive. $265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.
