Superb location, apartment nicely designed with cosyness and good functionality. Good standard of the bathroom with floor and wall tiles.
Airy room with brick walls and open kitchen. The host was really friendly and helpful, even driving in to NY late Friday evening when we locked us out, big thanks! We will book it again!

The staff are all so nice! When u are a guest at the Mave u are treated like royalty. Even my dog was treated like a princess! Plus the rooms are beautiful, modern & very clean. The beds are so comfy! If u need something all u have to do is call the front desk & no sooner do u hang up the phone are they at your door with whatever u need. Amazing service! Excellent location! I would stay at the Mave every time I need to stay in Manhattan.

New and clean hotel in the center of Manhattan. 15 min to Time Aquare , 15 minutes to Flatiron from hotel by walking. Personal is so nice, kind and helpfull. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.

- The reception team were very helpful.

- The concierge was fantastic had some great recommendations especially when food in new york seemed so hit and mis he gave us some great recommendations.
- The rooms are compact even by european standards but this is seem to the norm in New York

The warm cookies, really helpful staff, shower pressure, the free bottled water was a massive highlight to us and has set a personal standard. Also having the opportunity to check in early was amazing after getting off an overnight flight.

Latham har problem med noen av sine resepsjonister som gjorde at vi byttet hotel etter en natt. Måten de første vi møtte håndterte problem med trekkfult vindu, rullgardin som falt ned osv. gjorde at vi valgte å flytte.
