  Recently opened and rooms and facilities are in top class condition. All the staff were really engaged and working to ensure I had a great stay.   The hotel location is 5 minutes walk from time square. The staff members are very nice and helpfull. The room was clean, very comfortable and the bed is unforgettable :). We staied 7 nights in the hotel and we enjoined every minute. Very boutique-y and we loved the truly modern feel. We also had to check out early bc of unforeseen circumstances which required us to leave the city early. They were so helpful! And didn't charge us for the upcoming nights stay! That was a huge plus. We were very grateful!

  The location is outstanding. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. It is a good quality hotel with limited facilities but all we needed for our short break stay. - Excellent hotel in maybe the greatest NY location. Spacious rooms, all overlooking the street, very bright due to the floor-to-ceiling windows.

  Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The surprise of a skating rink justblew me over! The hotel isactually indoor/ outdoor! The room are a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom. The heaters are a little loud
