Beliggenhet, service, størrelse og komfort på rommet. Var sykt bra. Litt bråk på kveldene og natta fra gata, men hva kan man forvente når man bor så sentralt. Wehave stayed at several other trendy 4 star hotels in the area and thiswas far better than any of those! As a plus they offered Freecomputer/printer/internet use. Our apartment was huge and was modern andstylish as well! We will be bringing our 3 girls to ny and will stayhere again!

We didn't want a fancy marbled floored reception with a fountain at twice the price - we wanted a value for money bed for the night to discover New York there are more expensive hotels that still received poor ratings -

It was about the average price that you'd pay for hotels in Times
Square, but it was just outside the border of Times Square so it
wasn't really noisy and busy. Having said that, it was about a 30
second walk from the centre of Times Square. Perfect location! The staff
were super friendly and helpful and with a 24hour front desk I felt very

We absolutely loved this hidden gem! From the entrance onward! Carlos
was very nice at check-in and check-out. The room was very much what we
hoped for. I was skeptical to stay at a place that had kitchenettes but
this was a pleasant surprise! Clean, plenty of room for us. Location
could not be beat!! We look forward to staying again as we travel to nyc
a few times a year. Lots close by. Walked everywhere from here and never

Fantastic, safe location just a few short minutes by foot to Times Square and in the centre of Restaurant Row - in-house restaurant was great too and we had a few meals there - including room service. Breakfasts were taken in the mezzanine conservatory and were delicious, with a wide choice of food and drink - the bagels and muffins were great.

The staff were fantastic to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. Did not request an early check in but arrived following overnight flight and were accommodated immediately. The decor and facilities were excellent and despite having a room overlooking 46th St noise was not an issue and it was a nice view to look out upon opening the curtains in Oct sun in NY. I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. The hotel rooms were excellent and were clean, comfortable and looked just like the hotel photos. We were upgraded from a family room to a suite and it was excellent

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The concierge is very well informed, and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants; from raw vegan to the top steakhouses in the city. The house car is a plus. The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!
