When we first pulled in the front desk staff was very welcoming.. Entering our villa it was really well put together, clean and very spacious.. Also there was an immaculate view facing the lake.. From the very minute we opened the front door we were struck by the amenities. Would and have recommended the Villas to friends and family. Would stay there again if we return to the area. Staff rated as good instead of excellent as we had so little interaction with them. The location was perfect, with easy access to Publix for grocery needs.

We actually decided to extend our stay because we found the place extremely beautiful. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped us out with even a better room then the one we expected. Very prompt! Very clean and quiet, amazing view, equipped with golf course , pools, lakes, fountains, looks like a small community. We are definitely looking

This place was great. We were in the East village and were pleasantly suprised by the tranquil atmosphere. I had read reviews about the odor of Animal Kingdom being next door - we didn't notice a thing. We used all the pools in the facility - and enjoyed them all. We will definately be back and are highly recommending this resort to others.

Loved the proximity to Disney and Sea World. Loved the large villa. Pools were very clean. 95% of the staff was excellent but the few that were less than fabulous downgraded the overall rating. The hot breakfast was surprisingly tasty, the staff was cheerful and helpful, the resort pools were clean and well maintained, as was the miniature golf course, and playground. For a short stay with young children, the low price and amenities greatly outweighed the slight discomforts of the room.

The manager and regional manager reached out to me.. Very kid friendly also we were able to go jet skiing, kayaking, swimming, etc.. Wonderful time to top off our vacation for the summer. -
The location close to disney and just off the strip. Lots of restaurants and things to do. Close to hi4. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice Facilities. We liked the variety of pools, the lake, bars to choose from. Secure enough to feel comforable, but not to restrictive. All around good location to visit local attractions. Complimentary breakfast, coffee, etc. Towels at the pools was cool :-) -

very good price quality, coffee in the morning is available - Simply the value for money. The staff proof that it does not cost anything to be friendly.
