We will book again in a New York second!!! - I selected this resort based on the positive comments provided by other guests. I made the right choice. The room was clean as was the resort area itself. The location in proximity to Walt Disney World is a mere 15 minutes, however, there is traffic on Hwy 192 which will slow you down depending on the time you leave. Hotel staff were very courteous and accommodating. Excellent choice.

From the very minute we opened the front door we were struck by the amenities. Would and have recommended the Villas to friends and family. Would stay there again if we return to the area. Staff rated as good instead of excellent as we had so little interaction with them. The location was perfect, with easy access to Publix for grocery needs.

We actually decided to extend our stay because we found the place extremely beautiful. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped us out with even a better room then the one we expected. This place was great. We were in the East village and were pleasantly suprised by the tranquil atmosphere. I had read reviews about the odor of Animal Kingdom being next door - we didn't notice a thing. We used all the pools in the facility - and enjoyed them all. We will definately be back and are highly recommending this resort to others.

This is our second stay at this resort. It is convenient to the places we need to go when in Orlando/Kissimmee. We would still recommend this resort, even considering some of the annoyances. -
The rooms are spacious, beds are soft, rooms are very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

The hot breakfast was surprisingly tasty, the staff was cheerful and helpful, the resort pools were clean and well maintained, as was the miniature golf course, and playground. For a short stay with young children, the low price and amenities greatly outweighed the slight discomforts of the room.
