I loved that there were a lot of stuff available in the room like iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, bedside/reading chair. Most of which I didn't use but it was great knowing that they were available. Customer service was splendid. The guy at the front desk was suraj or saraj. He was great. -

The staff were really friendly, professional, helpful and always willing to assist and provide information. Chirine and Arita, and shuttle bus drivers helped me a lot with their recommendations on my daily trips and sightseeing.

My husband and I were attending a family 60th wedding anniversary. It was convenient to where the party was held. I think that location is best suited for business. Nothing in walking distance around. The staff was wonderful and allowed us to check in a littler earlier becaue we were coming from PA and wanted to change prior to the party.

The room was large and had the conveniences of a refrigerator, microwave, desk and Wi-Fi. The bed was very comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice. The desk staff were very friendly and efficient. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room, it was clean and comfortable and the staff (Kelly) lived up to their positive reviews. Bathroom was new, spotless and very clean. Bed was very comfortable, and the other aminities in the room fully met expectations. -
