Comfortable bed

Dirty bathroom, carpet not vacuumed, mirrors and glass balcony doors not clean. I had asked to get bleach to clean the bathroom and bathtub, I hand washed the bathroom floor. Complained to front desk, no action taken. We even ran out of toilet tissue.

Staff very helpful and refunded immediately without question

Website implied better facilities. We were staying 7 nights and wanted more space/facilites/better breakfast.

The hotel was very conveniently located on the hwy for easy access to the city and tourist attractions the staff was also pretty friendly

The pool was non-functional and though they said it was a recent problem it appeared it had not been operational for some time. The room was in need of renovation as the wall paper and tile were cracked and peeling. They are undergoing some construction but the ice maker was extremely dusty and though they advertise a free breakfast is included..it is no more than a continental breakfast with very limited options.
