  We had not stayed in a Holiday Inn in a number of years and were surprised by the upgrade in quality. The staff was great, the room was spacious and comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed, like an iron and ironing board. - Big tv, rooms easy to locate, refrigerator and microwave are nice to have.

  Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was nice, beds VERY comfortable. Since I travel light, I liked that I could self park and handle my own bag to my room. I don't know when the official check out time is, but I was in the room until 11:00 without housekeeping coming to the door.   I was a single person and I really liked having just the 1 queen bed. I also thought the whole breakfast was a good idea! I liked the taller bed and the big screen TV (and great channels) was awesome! - Awesome staff...if the couple working the front desk isn't married, they ought to be. Great stay. You get what you pay for!

  Simple clean room with comfortable bed. Wifi worked well. Shower had plenty of water pressure and bathroom was well stocked and clean. Staff was pleasant. Neighborhood safe with a really good Italian restaurant across the street which serves a great breakfast. Really good value for the price. Actually took a dip in the pool (ice cold) which was pe... hva folk sier » rfect after a long hike in Bidwell park. If you want cheap lodgings and you don't sweat the small stuff this place is fine. I would stay again. - I like that all the rooms were close together and we can all step outside and be right next to one another. Air conditioning in all the rooms worked great. We rented 7 rooms for the weekend for a graduation in Chico. The grounds were beautiful and the location was excellent close to everything. Owners were extremely helpful and very very nice people, very accomadating.
