The only thing is the spray some kind of air freshener in the rooms that I was allergic to. Had to leave the window open and I felt ill most of the weekend. Maybe make it an option!?!

We enjoyed everything! The Outback restaurant that was right next door was brilliant for food and beverages! The breakfasts were fabulous! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We loved that there were frequent shuttles for the airport and the mall! We will be making this hotel a part of our experience in future travels to the area!

Friendly staff, great location close to the airport, clean and comfortable room.
The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The restaurant attached to Comfort Inn was great- we didn't have to travel to find a place to eat and the food was great. Also, having the shuttle to the airport was wonderful, as well as having a place to park the car while out of town.
Price of stay/night. staff friendliness and expertise. Shuttle bus to and from the Mall of America. Breakfast and its location. It seemed very friendly.Clean rooms, and that it had a safe within the rooms. Staff always tried to accommodate requests made.
Swimming Pool was a bit dirty. No hot tub available. Same food every day for breakfast although it was still good. Small pillows in the room. Bed was a bit hard.
The shuttle was a great plus. The staff was very friendly and wanted to do everything for us. Loved to have Outback on the hotel, when tired after shopping all day and when arriving after a long flight it was nice to just grab a bite there. Great food and great staff.

The location and price were great. The breakfast was very good and the rooms worked well.
The hallways were a bit dingy and one day the maid did not show up to clean the room until well after we'd returned for the day.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. Location was excellent.
Failure to clean my room on the third day. Left hotel at 9. We came back at 2pm for a rest. The room hadn't been cleaned. We went out at 3 and came back and it still hadn't been cleaned.I Called and they brought clean towels. The manager wasn't available the next day for me to speak to.

Breakfast waffle was good but all the yogurt was gone by 9:00 and breakfast ends at 9:30! Orange juice was watered down.

Avery nice stay. Very nice being next to the steakhouse. Breakfast staff was fantastic. She was there for the customer , and she made the Hotel even more of a pleasant stay.
