This is a historical motel. The motel was first built in the early/mid 1900's. They have several old cars and articles that are from the early 20th century. We both enjoy the old Route 66 type atmosphere. AND, the showers with high water pressure were absolutely GREAT! The owners were also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Motel has rooms with view to the unexpectedly large Pool. They have a back door and even a small terrace. We were a party of four with older children and the room was spacious and absolutely sufficient. We used the guest laundry and everything was in good working order and the prices were absolutely ok. The complimentary breakfast was a nice add on! We can strongly recommend the California Inn.

The staff was very very helpful so when they realized they made a mistake with the booking they provided their own ice instead of refrigator. In the morning they even made a coffee just for us. Very friendly people. -

Fantastic value for money. Huge room, very clean and had everything you would need. Lots of parking spots. Near to the restaurants and stores. The lady at the reception was very friendly and even helped out with printing my boarding passes despite not knowing how to do it herself :) -
