The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly, we ha a problem with our room an it was sorted with no fuss. We were given a discount voucher for our trouble.   Staff was great! Very helpful and informative. Room was clean, kitchen well appointed. We stayed during Thanksgiving, and cooked a full dinner, including a turkey, and had everything we needed. The tennis court, game room, pool, etc. were all very nice to have too. - Everything!   I found the french doors leading to our private spa created a close to magical setting! And the waters (my first experience with mineral soaking) seemed to have an almost immediate affect on my very tense neck and shoulders, a very welcome surprise! The staff I encountered were all pleasant and helpful, and I appreciated the option of dropping off my check out envelope in the basket. Our stay - Sycamore Springs is a great place to relax, enjoy peace and quiet, or go to the beach or shopping. There are trails, the labyrinth, the mineral spring tubs and a wonderful spa. EVerything is spread out and situated so that you feel that you're at a small intimate place.
