comfy beds great view location good to get around service was great
Walking distance from Marta Peachtree station, restaurants and attractions.
Free wifi only at the lobby area, but not at the rooms.
Food, location, staff and cleanliness.
Parking cost too much!
Love the hotel its very nice but not worth the money to stay there when u can stay some where much nicer for same price . And the parking is so high..
Parking.... Really $ 21.00
We had a wonderful stay in Atlanta. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
There was no hotel shuttle and the cabs are rediculously expensive.
I paid 59.00 a night and the entire staff, starting with valet parking, treated my father and I like we were spending a thousand bucks a night. I was shocked at the superior level of customer service that every employee displayed. The entire hotel experience was extraordinary and again, I only spent 59.00 dollars a night
Everything was great
We like everything except parking area elevator. Thanks for asking my opinion.
Guests' elevator and the parking area elevator was kinda far away from each other.
Staff was outstanding. This was a super busy weekend with the SEC championship gsme in town. Everyone was polite, friendly and very helpful.
Parking pricey !!
Easy walking distance to Georgia Dome. A little age worn but very clean. Staff not very responsive but nice.
Restaurant service poor. Prices high even for Atlanta. Not quite worth the money.
I stayed in the executive level to attend the sec Championship game, and use of the executive lounge was nice. The continental breakfast the next morning was great. The location was great, and we could walk to and from the events at the Georgia Dome.
The valet parking was expensive $30.00, which was charged twice, once by the front desk, and once by the valet clerks. I had to remedy the situation form the front desk. This could have been handled by software that checks duplicate billing and removes it before the customer is billed incorrectly.
Location, room, staff, lobby, atmosphere
Having to pay for Internet when it's a free service at lower scale hotels, $25 charge for a roll away bed, $20 for parking and 16% tax was added to the price that I thought I was paying through letsbookhotel.com
The hotel was definitely on high-class end, service was great, very comfortable.
Parking was on the high end at $22.00/day, however it was convenient in that we were allowed to enter and leave with using our room key.
Location was excellent!
That I had to leave before I wanted to.
Very clean, great for my husband & I for shopping at Americas Mart. Very nice on inside. Thomas was awesome.
bar service was aweful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and nice.
There wasn't anything I disliked.
Location
The charge for parking was out of this world. $22.00 a night to park unfair. No wifi in the room unless you want to pay $13.00. I will not stay there again
Everything was great!
Couldn't access wi-fi
Clean - location
Parking not for free
Everything! We were most impressed in your southern restaurant, the service that we received from you host John and waiter Fred. We spent a few nights with them for dinner, and were given 5star quality attention. I was with my 2 grandson's(age 16&29), and they could not believe our service. I am not a wealthy woman. I had to save up to take this trip, so for us to receive this fantastic service really impressed me. I have been in the food service industry for 19 yrs. at different capacities , and wish I could find such dedicated employees. All of the other service we received was excellent also.
The room was comfortable and near our concert venue.
Front desk originally directed us to room with a single bed, when two doubles were signed up for, making check-in no fun.
Great hotel experience
Avoid paying 22 dollars to park by using private lots next door
Location, comfortable beds
I like having a small refrigerator. Had a room with adjoining door, did not sleep well because occupants were up till 1-2am talking and laughing, baby crying, we had to stuff a towel along door!
Friendly service, nice coffee shop and bar. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
There was no fan in the bathroom very foggy. Room seemed cold, heater was loud.
location, rooms and staff are perfect
extra cost for wifi. but it is free in the lobby.
The staffs are very nice and helpful. The decoration is very good. Surprisingly, they supply Peter Thomas Roth bath products. Most importantly, I got a super value price from the letsbookhotel.com for a one-night booking at Hilton, Atlanta.
As a high-end hotel, the hardware and building are too old. The installations of shower and toilet have some small problems, although they are functioning. There is a little smoke smell in the room.
My sister and I decided to stay at the Hilton Atlanta for Halloween. We received an amazing price through letsbookhotel.com and had a fabulous experience. Checking was fast and easy, the hotel staff truly made us feel at home. The concierge wanted to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us a rundown of all the amenities the hotel had to offer. The room spacious and the beds were like heaven. The view was also amazing, especially at night. When we were leaving, the staff even knew how to direct us to the restaurant we were looking for and was so kind through the entire process. I honestly wish I could remember the bell-hops name so that I can give him a viral shout-out, because he did a splendid job. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and definitely plan to stay again the next time we visit Atlanta.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have complementary breakfast; however, the breakfast at the hotel is delicious if you are willing to pay for it.
Location was great, and the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Paying 22 dollars a night to park when I was a guest in the hotel.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
The shower was the best we've experienced in years at a hotel. Plenty of pressure and plenty of hot water! The executive floor was nice, the breakfast and snacks were plentiful. Kinda pricey on the drinks, but that's typical with a hotel and the captured market syndrome.
Wifi should be free and accessible everywhere in the hotel. The nightly parking fee is excessive(but we find that everywhere).
The gym was well equipped. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was great on letsbookhotel.com
No free WiFi No mini fridge No microwave No free breakfast
Nothing to dislike about this great hotel.
The hotel was centrally located, clean, and spacious. T'was not too expensive.
In this day and age no one should be paying for wifi in their rooms. Free wifi was only available in the lobby. Business travellers have come to expect free wifi as part of their stay. Paying for wifi was simply not cool.
Large, clean rooms. Friendly and helpfull staff. Good location to see the aquarium and coca cola museum.
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly
Paying $21.00 per day to park!
Good location to main attractions. Room was large, clean and comfortable.
Rooms were not very sound proof. We could hear our neighbours when they came back late one night and they were not being overly loud.
Staff, location, room.
Everything closed too early because it was Sunday night.
It is a nice hotel with a lot to offer. One of the main features I appreciated was the enclosed cross bridge to the Marriot Marquis hotel in front of it. I was attending a meeting there so I did not have to walk outside at night.
That it does not have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Everything
Nothing
Ease of booking , gps location horrible but not ur fault. Atmosphere wonderful. Can do will do attitude at the front desk. Pool n exercise facilities great . Used both. Ease of checking out and vallet parking.
On the east side of the building thru the glass elevators there were way to many webs n dust that could be seen through the glass. Just general maintenance ,a little to obvious for that type of hotel . Rm service a lil pricy n after 7 sat . Couldn't get anyone on the phn. ???
Exceptional quality
every staff member I encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful.
Location, reasonable price for area, comfort, awesome Continental breakfast, swimming with great hours, 24/7 gym
Extra unexpected fees, extra fees for internet in room, extra fees for parking. Totally upset that the restaurant downstairs served my son without our permission (he thought it was the free breakfast), they charged us $23.00!
Cleanliness
Although it was corrected. Hotel did not have same rate as what I booked it for. Spent a considerable amout of time at check in.
The view, downtown and how convenient it was to restaurants and clubs!
I didn't like that we had to pay to park and the thin walls!
It wasn't anything that I did not like about the Hilton Hotel, I loved it all
I don't have anything negative to say about the Hilton Hotel no complaints.
Everything.
i absolutely enjoyed every second
nothing
The friendliness of the staff was top notch. I loved the free wi-fi computers in the lobby. The luxury of the hotel in itself was a vacation from home. The hotel's location was central to all the sightseeing and restaurants where we dined. The rooms were well planned out with comfortable beds, chairs desk. I loved the night lights built in the bedside tables. We were located on the 26th floor so were enjoyed the executives level breakfast bar. The perfect start to our day of sightseeing. having an ironing board in the room was a welcomed addition and a huge stress reliever. No one want to look wrinkled on vacation. Hair dryer also a plus in the room. My husband also enjoyed the checkout through the phone option. All in all a wonderful experience at your hotel.
We loved the location, the room and the view of the city. The hotel was only 3 blocks from Peachtree St which has Hardrock Cafe on it. It was very clean and check in was quick. We would definitely stay there again!
The walls were thin. We could hear everything in the rooms next to us, above us and anyone speaking in the hallway.
The staff was excellent!Really made it up to us for having to pay a crazy price for parking.
Paying a high price for parking & being misinformed about the distance to Turner Field by letsbookhotel.com
