the bed was really nice. we had a pretty nice sized room. we had a bathtub that was like a hottub. we got a really nice view. - The hotel was fine, it was the website that did not book the room in atimely fashion.

Excellent hotel for living. It was totally worth the money paid for and had excellent and friendly staff as well as hotel room was beautiful and loved the Location <3 -
For what I used the hotel for, it surpassed my expectations, the reviews I read are very harsh, this hotel is a place I plan on staying at again. Love the staff.

Excellent value for our purpose which was last night in nyc with early flight.
Breakfast also excellent with good choice of food.

This is a great hotel for a stay before or after a trip with connecting flights. Close to JFK airport, not close to the city. Complimentary hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Not really for a long stay but I've stayed here four times for my Long Island visits. Front desk very friendly and recognized me as a frequent quest. Breakfast buffet

The free shuttle was waiting for us at 12.30 am when we arrived on the last leg of our flight from Sydney, Australia via Nadi and Los Angeles so it was a great end to our long journey. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but could be better.
Room was a great size, really comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
Thanks for a great stay.

The staff were the friendliest that I had encountered in my 2 weeks of traveling in New York and Boston. I stayed for the convenience of being close to JFK for a morning flight for which I caught the shuttle which runs on the half hour. -
