Really great friendly service from staff. I needed many changes in theroom to accomodate grandchildren. They did a great job, quickly. landing, we took the Air Train to Federal Circle where they have phones
which are connected to the various nearby hotels. After calling, we
waited 20 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive to take us to the

Shuttle - arrived within ten minutes of my call from the courtesy phone at JFK Fed. Circle - great as I was travelling alone and worried about waiting around at 11pm.
Shuttle dropped off at requested terminal in the morning.
Receiption staff very polite and efficient.
Room was quiet and clean, and continental breakfast provided from 4am which was great.
All in all a great place to stay close to the airport -- would highly recommend.

the layout of the hotel was very welcoming for the price...the staff was friendly and i felt at home there....im planning on staying there every month when i go to new york..the food was ummm umm good. i think i gained about 5 lbs in the 3 days i was there...lol...we really loved it... - nice lobby, friendly staff, free wireless internet, cozy room

This is a great hotel for a stay before or after a trip with connecting flights. Close to JFK airport, not close to the city. Complimentary hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Not really for a long stay but I've stayed here four times for my Long Island visits. Front desk very friendly and recognized me as a frequent quest. Breakfast buffet

The free shuttle was waiting for us at 12.30 am when we arrived on the last leg of our flight from Sydney, Australia via Nadi and Los Angeles so it was a great end to our long journey. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but could be better.
Room was a great size, really comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
Thanks for a great stay.

The staff were the friendliest that I had encountered in my 2 weeks of traveling in New York and Boston. I stayed for the convenience of being close to JFK for a morning flight for which I caught the shuttle which runs on the half hour. -
