  The hotel policy is very generous. They allowed us to stay extra hours without paying anything which isn't the case with other hotels during holidays. Very quiet and the view from 11th floor was amazing in the night. Very helpful lady in business centre who will print boarding passes for return flights. Covered swimming pool so kids will not get sunburnt. There were ample TV channels and parking was availble during the day. At night time parking was full but the hotel staff took our keys and parked for us and gave us the keys in the morning. The rooms are very nice and the tea and coffee making facilities are great considering this is not the norm in UAE hotels.   I loved the hotel, beautiful setting, nice and clean. Just opposite the shopping centre. Shuttle bus goes to the beech everyday free from the hotel. Staff are really nice and friendly.
