  The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

  Luxurious hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Lovely view from our mansion - block 9. Balcony with proper seating is such a plus. Gardens are immaculate. Main pool area beautiful and very comforatable beds available. Could do with a proper poolbar though. Very tranquil atmosphere. Breakfast I thought was excellent. The one&Only boat for transfers between this hotel and the Royal Mirage is such an a - From the moment we were picked up from the airport the service was AMAZING, this hotel and the staff are the creme de la creme when it comes to the ideal break, I cannot find fault with one single thing, without doubt we have found our perfect retreat and are already planning our next visit and will continue coming back now forever more, simply wow, thank you.

  The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.
