  I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. There are plenty of resturants, cofee ships, bars, Lounge, night club etc.. on this stretch. The hotel itself has a very good ope... hva folk sier » n air bar plus some decent resturants. Service, cleanliness etc.. are all very good. I've stayed in this hotel many times from the time it had intial - Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

  With the possibility of sitting in Dubai Airport for 9 hours between flights it was logical to book into this hotel. We requested they provide a guide to greet us as we got off our flight from Italy. Lucky we did, as the flight arrived at a completely different terminal, and involved a 15 minute transit via lifts, shuttle train and walking, it wou... hva folk sier » ld have taken us ages to find our way. We stayed there also on the way over - they provide all toiletries, wake up call. And the best, most comfortabl - I was in Dubai on a 22 hr extended layover before a final 16 hour flight home and it was wonderful to have a place to sleep and leave my carry-on luggage while taking an excursion in to the city center via the metro. We never left air-conditioning while going from the airport to the Dubai mall and the Emirates mall - it was about 110 degrees outside. USE the METRO instead of a taxi - much cheaper and very easy to access in the airport. It was very convenient to get off the flight and stay in

  The moment you set foot in this hotel you know you are in for a treat. The hotel was beautiful and boasts luxury and high standards. The staff were polite and helpful and made you feel so welcome. The staff never complained and were always happy to serve with a smile. The facilities such as the gym and spa were of a high standard and the pool/beac... hva folk sier » h was amazing. There were plenty of sun beds and pool staff were happy to locate the perfect space for our group. The only downside was the sand was a - We arrived nearly 3 hours before check in, however, the staff were happy to accommodate us. We had lunch and receive a call from reception once our room was ready - nearly 2 hours before actual check in time. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Room was stunning (Sea front view) - the finishes and attention to detail are excellent. We ate at the Manava restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was outstanding - one of the best selections I have experienced
