We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an
impression that will last with us. From

last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We
didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the
food was great. One of the days we stayed was my partners birthday and
we came back to our room and staff had left a birthday card, chocolates
and a stuffed camel. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay
there for our next t -
The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the
receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The
room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage
treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa
and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge
me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs
I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great.

I liked the location of the hotel, It was a perfect location. Near it is the metro station and Dubai Mall, not only that, but there are a couple of coffee shops in the same building! like tim hortons and star bucks. The rooms are nice and there is a wide space in the living room. I loved it and willing to come back again

The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, the best in Dubai. Breakfast was great and the room service menu we found an excellent selection and the food was delicious. Our apartment was so spacious and the facilities great. -

For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

each and every single person at the hyatt was in providing the best they

Everything was luxury, the hotel very comfortable the atmosphere is very relaxing, very clean and excellent service. Staffs were friendly and courteous.
The room is big and comfortable also the bathroom is big and it has everything you need. Dinning is great and tasty in the room or in the great restaurants down in the lobby.
The outdoor swimming pool and the pool area are so great I am sure if you have your children they will enjoy the pool and the water slides.

I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a
stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out
of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service.
The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is
absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and
grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.
