My wife and I stumbeled upon this heaven . We have been a guest 4 times now . it is the most tranquil place we have been even when full we feel like we are in a hideaway .Staff down to a man or woman are totally respectful and treated us both like royalty . Every Thursday they ha - Magnificent architecture and landscape. Friendly polite staff. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The pools are beautiful. I enjoyed collecting the colourful shells along the sea side. As soon as I arrived home I re-booked to go again in five weeks time. Because of our wonderful experience four of our friends also booked for an early March weekend

Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests.
Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels.
I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort.
Overall I am quite satisfied for getting value for my money. -

Room rates are very good . Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)

Al Hamra Fort and Beach Resort is perfect escape to unwind. I love the rakDuty Free provided in the hotel. - It was a return to Ras Al Khaimah after 33 years. Very pleased to see such a luxurious resort. The restaurant manager Mr. Abraham was very friendly and efficient.

we really like the hotel ambiance and our room and the facilities, the foods was excellent, we got free upgrade to junior suite which made the weekend getaway more memoreable for both of us, the location is very near to Dubai (where we are living); and it was really such a relaxing moment for both of us, definitely will come back to try the spa! -

Lovely Villas and very friendly staff. Loved the pool and sun deck. Have read complaints regarding the restaurant and the fact that there is only one with limited choice. It is pricy, but there are other restaurants close by with the Al Hamra hotel within walking distance on the same property. For the limited number of Villas one can't realistical

i liked the place and the staff , rooms are very relaxing and comfort , staf are very freindly and the boat is great... we also went to Sharjah and eat very nice food in Falafel Al Dar .... they have the best Falafel, Shawarma and Mansaf in UAE ..
