I liked staying in the apartment very much. The location is perfect. Its in the city center, just around the corner of the Lviv Ivan Franko University. The room is big and confortable. Also the booking procedure is good. On the day of arrival the renter contacted me by text. The key was given in front of the apartment. When I left, the key was retrieved at the apartment. A large apartment with a good bed. The kitchen had most of what you need for a few days. The location was very good close to the old town, Ivana Franka park and shopping. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Inside the apartment was clean although outside the apartment leading to the apartment looks like a refuse dump. The kitchen gives sufficient but limited possibilities to cook. Almost all the pictures show apartments that were far more cozier and beautiful than ours which was very basic. The furniture in the kitchen was not very comfortable, and there were no deep plates or bowls which made eating yoghurt and muesli for breakfast difficult.Inability to pay with a credit card caused me quite a bit of inconvenience. TV was confusing. Would be nice to have instructions. No hair dryer. (At least, we couldn't find one.) Inability to make out-of-country calls. Long way to take garbage. They need to add more sattellite channels,hotbird and turksat3c ... Nope :). Nothing. Getting into the apartment was chaotic -- I spend a couple of hours on the floor in front of their office and no-one came. Vika was wonderful when she came with a key and I finally met her, but without her smile I would have remained cranky. The water pressure is poor however given the age and location of this place I don't know if they could ever do anything about it. My unit had a washer but no dryer. Washing and drying a load of clothes is inconvenient. The bedroom was so small we had to crawl into the bed from the bottom... which was not possible for my mother who is handicapped. :(. Impossible to find apartment Smelly, ruined corridals. Extremely poor customer service. The lady who runs the apartment needs training on how to deal with customers.
