I was lucky suprised by changing the hostel's room to design apartments in the centre of Kharkov. That's why everything is OK. It was guiet, helpful personel, budget-frendly and very clean (expesially thanks to Olia, model-looked cleaner ). price. the place to do check-in is different and not so close from the apartment.
