One of the best hotels we have tried. The staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We had a good nights sleep with no noise from other guests, which is unusual in hotels. We found the location excellent, right near the theatre and the town centre. We would happily make a return visit.

Everything, value for money was fantastic, location was fantastic, the best short break we have had. Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before.
Good quality TV in the room.
The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too.
In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.

The welcome was warm and friendly, and being offered a pot of tea after a long drive is wonderful. Janet could not have done more for us. I usually stay in faceless hotels but decided to opt for something smaller just for a change, and this was a genuinely great find. Breakfast was lovely, and they accommodated our early start. Both Sandra and Jim were friendly, helpful, and making you feel welcome and at home. The set-up is very cosy and comfortable. Excellent cooked breakfast, with vegetarian option and plenty of healthy starters to choose from.
