my friend and i stayed overnight before leaving on a holiday. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were going to go into the airport for an evening meal but having looked at the menu we decided to stay in. Both of us enjoyed the food which was of a very good quality.

Good location, ideal base for our visit to the lg Arena to see Meatloaf.
After the conceret, we were looking for somewhere to eat and were
pleasantly surprised at what was available at the hotel at such a late
time, 11:20pm. We were even more surprised at the quality of the food
that was provided, really tasty and extremely well presented.....and
also great value. The lager also....£3.10 A pint.....30p cheaper than my
local! Getting to the lg Arena was alos a doddle tahnks to the monorail

We have just come back from a one night stay at the Premier Inn NEC and I could not fault the hotel in any way. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, every one of them. The bar/restaurant area was great and the staff efficient and friendly. Note: It is a little far to walk to the NEC but there are plenty of taxi's and the parking at the NEC, although £8 is very well organised. - The pleasant atmosphere and the very obliging, helpful and welcomingstaff on entering the hotel. Although we didn't have the time to haveour evening meal there (due to our late arrival, caused by delayedtrains etc), we made sure we had the full buffet breakfast , which Imust say was absolutely fabulous!! A quiet drink in the Hotel bar, afterthe show rounded our evening off perfectly

Fantastic facilities for the price, gym and swimming pool, provide you
with a towel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was nice
and clean. It's a good proximity to the lg arena. Took us 10 minutes
to walk there and they've signposted it. Really enjoyed our stay and
next time we visit the lg for a concert well be returning.

As we arrived the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was
very clean and comfortable.As we were staying for one night to see a
concert at the lg Arena we did not use any of the facilities but
again the staff were extremely helpful when we needed to book a taxi
to the arena. Also the bar area was very good although it was busy
the staff again made it easy to get served as they were very
organised and fast. The food we ordered came quickly and was very
good with good sized portions.

The position of the hotel is fantastic, literally central for the RSC Theatre and shopping. We did not drive but it was easy walking distance from the station and close to bus/river trips. The room was very comfortable with a well appointed bathroom. The later checking out time - 12pm- is great as is the left luggage facility which meant we could

The location is excellent for the RSC. Rooms are clean and tidy in the standard formart of the Premier Inn chain.
Bottom line, if you just want somewhere simple to stay after a night at the theatre, this place is perfect. If you're touring the country with more luggage and with a car, then there are probably better places in or around Stratford.

Staff were nice, friendly and very accommodating, we attended a family wedding during the day in Warwick, on our return back to the hotel in the evening we asked if it was possible to order food to take to our room as we had young children. They said this was fine which made the children happy. They loved the Pizzas!! food was delicious. The break

We arrived at 10am in the morning not expecting to be allowed to check in until 2pm. The receptionist was most helpful and said that, if we didn't mind changing from a quadruple room to a double, she could check us in straight away. This was great and meant we could drop off our bags, get settled in, then spend the rest of the day at our leisure.
The all you can eat breakfast was superb as well.

The hotel is located within comfortable walking distance of the train station which was excellent for me and my family as I am partially disabled. The new Premier Inn is very well set out with the restaurant and bar and lots of seating on the ground floor and easy access to lifts. The staff were friendly and efficient. The whole place was spotless. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant was good. It was so convenient for visiting my family and shopping in Leamington.
