The fact that my partner and i did not make it for breakfast after a rather late night an although check out time was stated at 10am, the staff left us till 12 ish ( much appreciated ) - Nice clean rooms, look as if they have recently been re decorated.

All the rooms weren't the same which was really good mad it more individual. The pool was a nice extra and allowed you to relax. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, especially Andrew. Room was very comfortable and spotless. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a varied choice for all palates and dietary requirements. Lounge area with open coal fire was very relaxing. Spa facilities were excellent with friendly helpful staff.

Everything was great from the beginning when we found ourselves in the
hall till friendly good-bye. We loved the breakfast with haggis, real
feast in the morning! There is a warm, homely atmosphere in the house

Although only staying for one night all staff were courteous and very friendly. Room was spotless and bed so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. - Staff here extremely helpful and courteous. Service was prompt. Rooms were spotless and the beds and pillows comfortable.
