  the friendliness of the director...simply great. The hotel is very clean, central, beautiful Victorian style and amazing views. - The privacy and how friendly the management and staff were on contact. THe rooms were wonderful and the facilities great.

  I spent a considerable period of time researching accommodation options for my 4 night business trip to Douglas. This absolutley fitted the bill. Excellent location (shops/business hub), easy access (arrival arrangements - arrived 2230hours - were superb) and the apartment met every requirement. Outstanding facilities and so very comfortable. ... hva folk sier » Would definitley stay again and would highly recommend this facility. - every thing you need is catered for, well thought through venue. Our only regret is that we couldn't of stopped longer. Thank you for a very comfortable stay - Everything was fantastic, we enjoyed it a lot and we definitely would stay there again!   Very friendly staff. Great apartment so near to the beach. Two apartments are dog friendly. 2 minutes walk to main supermarket and a mount walk to co-op newsagent, fish & chips, Chinese take away. Great venue for a family trip. - Location, welcome milk supplied plus tea & coffee.
